* Scuba Charters must be arranged by a Local Dive Shop and the Charter Organized by that Dive Shop's Dive Master who Assumes all Liability as the Dive Master. A Certificate of Insurance is Required.  All Divers Must Present a Valid Diver's Certification Card to the Captain
