Catching a huge shark or giant tuna is a team effort. Once the hookup happens, things move fast and it's not only slack lines that lose fish.

We teach communication, organization, and teamwork while stressing the importance of everyone working together towards a common goal. Although a co-worker may be the center of attention in the fighting chair, there are people behind him/her directing and keeping the chair pointed in the right direction. Every task, no matter how seemingly small, is crucially important to success. This is true when landing a big fish, big client, or big project.

Charter fishing is not Capitan Chris' primary occupation. He also owns and manages a very successful business northwest of Boston that employs 80 wonderful, highly-skilled team members. Capt. Chris understands the importance of delegation, management, and teamwork. The lessons he has learned from managing his business, he imparts though a structured teamwork approach to catch tuna and sharks.

Office Outing 

If you simply want to take your team out for some fun and sun on the water, we can accommodate that too! We offer a relaxing Merrimack River and Plum Island sunset cruise and a daytime cruise down the Essex River to the restaurants of Essex including the famous Woodman's Fried Clams. We can also bring your party offshore for some whale watching.
